Founder
Esam Hassaballah
A defence professional with more than 20 years of operational, technical, and leadership experience in an allied nation's navy, culminating in his role as Chief of the Small Arms and Artillery Ammunition Branch. He is now a retired commodore and a Canadian citizen living in Ontario.
His academic foundation — a Mechanical Engineering degree specialized in Arms & Ammunition, plus an MBA (both WES-assessed as Canadian equivalents) and a certificate in computer coding from Toronto Metropolitan University — combined with specialized U.S. Navy MK-15 CIWS training at the Fleet Training Center in San Diego, forms the technical backbone of every inspection and audit St. Michael Defence Services delivers.
